We are an OFSTED registered ‘Out of School Club’ offering before and after school care to 4 – 11 year olds. This term-time care is used by children attending Brough primary School. We also operate a Holiday Club during the six weeks summer holiday period. If required, children have breakfast in the morning and a light tea during the afternoon sessions. The children help devise their own menus.
We also operate a Holiday Club which is open during all the school holidays with the exception of bank holidays and Christmas week. The holiday club is available to children attending Brough School and to those at surrounding schools and beyond. Attendance during holiday periods operates on a first come, first served basis. Children bring in a packed lunch but as in term-time we provide a breakfast and light tea if required. All children are made welcome and it is lovely to see friendships quickly forming between children that have never met prior to attending the club.
We opened in November 2003 operating initially from the local scout hut. After 17 years resident in Brough Children’s Centre, we moved to rooms within Brough Primary School in September 2022.
In September 2014 we merged with the well-established Brough Playgroup and Brough Eagles Ltd was formed.
We bring you OFSTED quality childcare and are here to make life a little bit easier in today’s busy environment.
We operate on a free play basis. A craft or activity is offered to the children each day which they are welcome to join in with. They can play outside, weather permitting, watch a DVD, play a game, do homework or just chat with friends – their choice!
You are welcome to visit at any time during our opening hours to have a look round and chat with our staff, to see what we have to offer to keep your children safe, happy and entertained.
